Print Specifications
Please submit print-ready files in standard industry formats that do not rely on your design application, computer fonts, or linked assets.
Accepted file formats: PDF (preferred), JPG, TIFF
All files must be flattened, at least 300 dpi, and contain embedded or outlined fonts. If you have any questions or need help preparing files, please contact us.

Quick File Setup/Instructions:
- Files must be at least 300 dpi resolution
- Color Mode: CMYK (RGB files will be converted and may shift in color)
- Bleed: 0.125" on all sides (unless product specs state otherwise)
- Safe Area: Keep important text/images at least 0.125" inside the trim
- Rich Black (if needed): C:75% / M:68% / Y:67% / K:90%
- Artwork should not contain crop marks unless specifically requested
Detailed Bleed & Safety Setup:
Here is a general example of how to layout artwork with the appropriate amount of bleed. Please follow these instructions for any size product unless a product page specifies otherwise.
ARTWORK MUST HAVE 0.0625" FOR BLEED AND 0.0625" FOR SAFETY ON ALL SIDES.
We cannot guarantee accurate cuts without bleed.
File Prep by Design Program:
Adobe Illustrator (Recommended)
- Set your document to CMYK from the start.
- Outline fonts: Type → Create Outlines.
- Make sure bleed is included.
- Save/export as a print-ready PDF directly from Illustrator (preferred).
- If exporting JPG/TIFF, export at 300 dpi, CMYK, maximum quality.
Adobe InDesign
- Set document to CMYK and include bleed in Document Setup.
- Export PDF using Press Quality or High Quality Print with bleed enabled.
- Ensure fonts are embedded.
Adobe Photoshop
- Resolution should be set to 300 dpi and mode to CMYK.
- Flatten layers.
- Save as JPG (maximum quality) or TIFF.
Canva
- Export as PDF Print.
- Select CMYK if available.
- Enable bleed (crop marks only if requested).
Affinity Designer / Publisher / Photo
- Design in CMYK and include bleed.
- Embed or convert fonts to curves.
- Export as PDF (Print) or 300 dpi CMYK JPG/TIFF.
Microsoft Publisher / Word / PowerPoint
- These programs are not ideal for commercial printing.
- If used, export as a high-quality PDF with fonts embedded.
